Diane Huntington Loring, Officially Accepted to Huntington University!

“In my quest to always maximize my personal potential, it is with great joy that I receive this letter of acceptance from, Huntington University.  It is a wonderful university placed in Huntington County and touted as one of the best.  https://www.huntington.edu/about/one-of-the-best/
My personal family lineage/history in Huntington County, is with my great, great, great, great, uncle, Samuel Huntington, Signer of the Declaration of Independence and his father, my great, great, great, great, great grandfather, Nathaniel Huntington.
Samuel Huntington, is the namesake of Huntington County, Indiana.  Because Huntington was the President of the Continental Congress when the Articles of Confederation were ratified, some unconventional biographers and civic groups in Connecticut claim that Huntington was actually the first President of the United States.
It is with a great deal of pride and pleasure that I find myself honored by being accepted into Huntington University, home to my Huntington ancestors.”  Diane Elizabeth Huntington Loring

  1. What an amazing an enthralling ride you must have been on to finally make and confirm these connections to your history!!!
I have recently past couple years) been plagued with wanting to learn more about royal history. I was shocked to hear about Queen Charlotte. Moreso to hear of Queen Philippa. To see your pride connected to that heritage is rather refreshing. I will say that the image of Philippa has been updated with one showing her in a more African heritage compared to the more French heritage image you have posted.
I wanted to thank you for the information and history you have posted. And I’d like to congratulate you on your remarkable lineage and family tree. I can only imagine the pride!
