Ten years ago, I wrote to The King’s Mother, Queen Elizabeth II, letting her know that (according to my great aunt and her cousin) The Queen’s great, great grandmother, Queen Victoria was a 2nd cousin 1 x removed to my great, great, great grandmother, Caroline Cornelia Huntington. (I am a 2nd cousin 5 x removed from Queen Victoria).
